Accommodation and dinner
Accommodation will be offered at Elite Västerås Stadshotell at Stortorget, 6 minutes by car from the hall. In addition to nice rooms, the city hotel also offers a sauna and a relaxation area for 8-10 people that can be booked on the spot by the hour.
Saturday evening a 3-course dinner is served in the ballroom at Stadshotellet.
- Raw grated potatoes with cold smoked salmon and whipped creme fraiche
- Veal tenderloin with chanterelles, red wine sauce and truffled potato puree
- Vanilla panacotta with salted caramel mirror and fresh berries
After negotiations with Stadshotellet, we can offer these prices:
- Single room SEK 995
- Double room SEK 1345 per room
- 3-course dinner Saturday evening SEK 450
On Friday evenings, there are several restaurants in the center of Västerås, where the Stadshotellet is located. You can also choose to stay within the hotel and go down to the Bishop's Arms, which offers food from the regular menu.
For those staying at the Stadshotellet, we will make sure that there is transport available between the hall and the hotel for those who do not come in their own car. Requests for a shuttle between the hall and accommodation are made here on the website.
Accommodation and food must be reported by January 5 at the latest. Cancellation of ordered accommodation and dinner must take place no later than Sunday 31 January in order for us to refund the money paid.
